Steps to restore channels
Click on the back button on the remote.
Click yes to exit
Go to Settings, then Applications, then Manage Applications.
Now look for CSC Smart Iptv under Downloads or ALL. Make sure it says Smart IPTV,
hit OK, then scroll down to CLEAR DATA, hit ok and confirm. Go back to the tv
Steps to troubleshoot freezing issues
Here are the steps in order if one does not solve the freezing go to the next step
Make sure no one is downloading or watching any videos on the internet using another computer in your house
You will need high speed internet with at least 3Mbps
1. Make sure you are using a wired connection and not WIFI. Go to settings and confirm that Ethernet is checked not Wifi
2. Restart the receiver
3.While you are watching tv push on the caching button and select 2M
4.Go to Settings, then Applications, then Manage Applications. Now look for CSC Smart Iptv under Downloads or ALL. Make sure it says Smart IPTV, hit OK, then scroll down to CLEAR DATA, hit ok and confirm. Go back to the tv
5. Restart the router
6. plug the ethernet wire into a different port on the router
7. Replace the ethernet wire with a different one
