To restore the receiver follow the directions below

1. You will need an empty USB stick, insert into your computer

2. Click here to download the restore file

3. Unzip the restore file to the USB stick once on the stick it should look like the below picture

 

 

 

 

 

4. Unplug the power to the receiver

5. Insert the USB stick in the middle USB slot on the side of the receiver

 

 

 

 

 

 

6. Hold the Fast forward button on the receiver and do NOT let go tell step 8

 

 

 

 

 

 

7. Plug the power of the receiver back

8. After holding the button down for about 60 seconds you should see the screen below now you can let go of the button

 

 

 

 

 

 

9. Wait for the restore to complete and it will take you back to the main menu so you can watch TV
